Step into a space where your voice, your truth, and your imagination unfold

1:1 sessions

Express, Explore, Become

Come to your senses, find clarity within, and let it manifest in every area of your life - personal, professional and relationships

What is Expressive Arts?

Imagine a session where you don't just talk about your feelings and life challenges—you move through them. Physically, visually, sensorially, you engage with what's inside, letting it speak through your body and your senses.

You shape it with art materials, giving it color, voice and form. As you create, something shifts. A new understanding begins to take shape—it lands in your body, lights up in your mind, and activates in your whole being.

In Expressive Arts sessions

creative process is

A form of inquiry

Pose a question and engage in the creative process for new insights

Imaginative and non-linear

Engage with curiosity, observing experiences and how they unfold

Multi-sensory and intermodal

Use play, colors, shapes, sounds and movement as your language

Hands-on discovery

Meaning emerges through creation—first felt, then spoken

Through the creative process, you enter a conversation with yourself. You shift from the thinking mind to the sensing body. You move from words to forms of expression—whether through drawing, movement, sound, or any other medium that feels right. This brings you into the present moment, often called "flow," where there is a space between the usual thoughts and past-future constraints, allowing infinite possibilities to emerge.

If you’re facing change, feeling stuck, in crisis or in search of direction Expressive Arts can offer a gentle, playful, and embodied way forward.

Absolutely NO art skills are required

The focus is on the creative process as a playground for self-research, not creating "perfect" art.
It's a space where creation, listening, and imagination take the lead.

Exploration opportunities

Connect with who you are

Find inner clarity, activate your strengths and reconnect with your true self

Rediscover joy and passion

Let yourself experiment, be silly, full of life stepping outside of old patterns that don't serve your happiness

Navigate changes

Let your emotions breathe exploring their nature and qualities. Dive deep into your hidden, intimate spaces, and return with what you need now

Become more confident

Meet your uniqueness, explore your longings, recognise your beauty, and nurture self-love

Start showing up

We often quiet our inner voice and listen to the external instead. Say "yes" to yourself, embrace "imperfections"

Build meaningful relationship

Explore your needs and boundaries. As you become honest with yourself, you develop the strength and vulnerability to build trusting relationships with others

“Creating is not only a healthy outlet to process your emotions, but it’s also a place to meet yourself, a place where you get to know yourself deeper"

Reflection from my client

"Within the expressive arts method I feel at home, safe. But not in the sense of 'limited and cramped', but in the sense of freedom. There are no limits to my expression. And if there were some, then they were internal, and the method helped me a lot to find and accept these inner blocks. To let the voice inside me speak that had been silent for a long time. To revive the joy of life that had been buried for a long time. To stand there at the end of a session and have discovered something new in myself. A new 'Aha!', a light, a new side perhaps. Falling in love with myself again :) — this is how I felt after the first circle."

Vera, participant of "The Liminal" - expressive arts circle in Berlin

Session structure

The process is collaborative and built on mutual trust. If at any point a particular activity doesn't feel right for you—whether it's sound, movement, or anything else—please let me know. Your comfort and creativity are at the heart of this experience.

Inquiry for exploration

In 1:1 sessions, you and I are partners in creativity. Please think of me as your companion on this journey.

We start by discussing what's on your mind. What is it that you want to explore or inquire about? It could be a feeling, a question, or something you want to dive into. From there, we move into the heart of the creative process.

02

Creative process

We gradually immerse ourselves in the creative process. You'll be guided to choose activities, and as we progress, transition between different ones. For example, we might start by focusing on your body sensations and then move to drawing. I'll encourage you to try things out, but the decision is always yours. I am here to support you and witness.

In our session, we don’t aim for perfection. We embrace a playful, experimental mindset and flow with the creative process. You'll follow your senses and imagination to find a form for the expression that wants to manifest.

Reflection and integration

At the end of our session, we reflect on the discoveries that surfaced in the process: observations, feelings, and experiences.

Insights will continue to emerge after the session. Because this work is deeply embodied, you may feel energized, and more connected to yourself. However, it’s also common to experience exhaustion. Be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to rest.
