About me
I've always been drawn to exploring various modes of expression: writing poetry to capture my thoughts, engaging in improv theatre to cultivate presence and confidence, connecting with my body through movement, and seeking inner guidance and inspiration through intuitive painting.
Expressive arts as a professional path began in 2020 when I completed my first art therapy course. Now, I am pursuing a master's degree in Expressive Arts at The European Graduation School and I'm a co-founding member of the Expressive Arts Collective "The Liminal". If you are in Berlin, I invite you to join our circles.
I offer online and in-person sessions in Berlin where you can discover insights and achieve deeper self-understanding. During these sessions, you tap into what seeks expression and shape it through art-making. The creative process awakens your senses and imagination, allowing vital energy to flow.
I also collaborate with companies to bring fresh perspectives to the workplace. My multi-disciplinary experience, including years in user expreience design and research, provides an additional layer of understanding and the capability to develop outcome-oriented programs.
I am excited to share Expressive Arts with you.
Thanks for stopping by.
